Work as the in-house wardrobe/prop stylist for e-commerce, web/email, outlet & all social media platforms-Report to Senior Director of Creative Marketing, help create/curate seasonal moods, inspiration, color palette & silhouettes that reflect the latest trend forecast but also maintain/elevate the brands modern chic, sexy aesthetic-Research & remain current or ahead of, new ideas & trends developing within fashion; including, but not limited to styling trends/outfitting-Collaborate with merchants & design team in the scheduling of weekly product/apparel, lay downs photo shoots-Book/scout models & hair/make-up artists for web/creative shoots & negotiate rates with talents agency-Steam & prep samples to be shot, organize/identify any call outs to ensure all merchandise is shot accurately-Style 55-60 looks/scaling per ecommerce shoot focusing on the brands style guide, key looks/product & color stories-Direct model with posing & identify which details shots/angles to include that best suits the merchandise-Collaborate with photographer in the editing/selection process of images. Review product for accuracy in style, color and fit-Oversee the upkeep of photo studio, organize/maintain accessories/shoes and wardrobe closet to ensure shooting space/area is clean.
