About Timo Ahmed

I’m a strategy and growth manager at Viva Eve, a fast-growing women’s healthcare destination in New York City. Over the past three years, I’ve gone from being the team’s “Corporate Swiss Army knife” to leading initiatives that help our clinics scale efficiently, improve the patient experience sustainably, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. I am passionate about solving complex problems with no “right” answer, and helping teams work better together.I graduated from the World Bachelor in Business program, earning degrees from the University of Southern California, HKUST, and Bocconi University. Living and studying across three continents shaped my worldview and taught me how to adapt quickly, lead with empathy, and approach business challenges through creative approaches. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the field coaching U13 soccer at the Academy. Coaching is where my passion for leadership comes alive—it pushes me to communicate clearly, build trust, and inspire growth in every player I work with. Those lessons show up in my professional life every day. I learn more from my players than they could ever imagine.
