As the nation’s largest senior primary care provider, Humana’s Senior Primary Care Organization (PCO) operates more than 250 senior-focused primary care clinics across the United States, serving more than patients. In this role, I am responsible for developing and executing the segment’s internal communication strategy and work closely with the Segment President and Chief Medical Officer to develop communication plans that drive employee engagement and clinical outcomes. I manage the segment’s internal communications channels, create a monthly newsletter, produce monthly executive leader emails, coordinate town halls and all-hands events and draft enterprise intranet articles. Additionally, I work cross-functionally with teams to support change management communications, and lead the internal communication efforts for expansion and merger and acquisitions.
