I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Michigan, where I graduated with honors in 2015. Since then, I have been working at Inspirato, the leading luxury travel club, where I am currently a Member Success Director. My core competencies include organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which I use to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners. In my current role, I oversee all aspects of client membership, including renewals, referrals, and revenue attainment. I have consistently exceeded my targets thanks to the help of my team of four, whom I train and develop. I also collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure that our members have the best possible experience with our products and services. I am passionate about creating memorable and personalized travel experiences for our members, and I bring diverse perspectives and insights from my psychology background and my previous roles in PR, retail, and finance.
