As a Vice President, serving as a day-to-day client relationship manager, I lead and oversee external and internal communications strategies and plans for clients in the event of reactive news and by creating original thought leadership relevant to client marketing and business plans. Outside of client work, Taylor created the FINN Partners for Diversity PRSSA Program, which has created 125+ job shadow positions for college juniors and seniors across the US and Latin America since she co-created the program in 2020. She holds leadership positions with the Junior League of Chicago as a Board of Director overseeing its Strategic Plan (for its 800+ volunteers and 20+ community and non-profit partners). She served as the young professional in residence on the Board of Directors for the Public Relations Society of America (and as the professional adviser to DePaul University) and as the former head of the Marquette University Alumni Club of Chicago President.
