About Taylor Stukes
At Lowe’s, I co-lead the Consumer and Commercial Litigation Team, managing consumer, commercial, and regulatory litigation across all 50 states and internationally. Our team of experienced attorneys, paralegals, and legal practice assistants protects Lowe’s brand by proactively reducing litigation risk and resolving disputes before they escalate. We drive business success through innovative legal solutions and by providing strategic counsel across the enterprise. Because of my broad experience in law firms and in-house resolving high-stakes matters, I am frequently called upon as an integral part of cross-functional teams to successfully resolve some of the most pressing, sensitive, and significant legal challenges. Outside of Lowe\'s, I have served in several leadership roles within the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, including as President of the Young Lawyers Division and as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as in other community organizations.
