Process Engineer specializing in Lithography and especially TEL track tools. I have received 4 divisional awards in the first 2 years making process improvements to increase die yield and increase manufacturing availability as well as tool run rates. I have demonstrated my ability to lead and mentor others in an indirect way for newer engineers and with direct reports as an official manager over technicians. I have a refined ability to judge risk to push forward new ideas while maintaining stability in the process and not hindering production or other modules. I continue to expand my knowledge in silicon manufacturing to position myself for better process improvements in the future.
