With over ten years of experience spanning various sectors, I currently serve as a Associate Director, Network Success at Unite Us, a pioneering technology company reshaping healthcare delivery. In this role, I spearhead initiatives to build coordinated care networks addressing healthcare disparities, harnessing technology to connect service providers across the continuum of care.Previously, I held instrumental roles at the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore, where I laid they foundation to launch what is now known as the Western Tidewater Community Produce Hub. During my tenure, I implemented innovative service delivery models to reach vulnerable populations, particularly amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. My efforts included establishing partnerships, conducting community outreach, and ensuring the implementation of robust food safety programs, all aimed at improving food security and combatting hunger in our communities.My commitment to supporting military and veteran families led me to serve as an Advisory Board Member at the Military Family Advisory Network, where I advocated for their needs and facilitated collaboration among stakeholders to enhance support services. During this period, I was a founding member of the Military Family Food Insecurity Coalition, which highlighted the needs among service members, veterans, and their families.Drawing on my diverse background in non-profit, corporate, and government sectors, I bring a unique blend of skills in community engagement, program management, and organizational development. I am deeply passionate about driving positive change and fostering resilient communities through strategic initiatives and innovative solutions.
