I build enterprise GenAI and marketplace platforms where model capability hasto hold up in real operations.At Nordstrom, I worked on the marketplace MVP (300+ brands, SKUs),which contributed to 6.4% YoY growth in digital sales through Mirakl.When GenAI demand moved faster than policy, I prioritized governed accessfirst. I secured enterprise GPT-4 access in May 2023, then expanded approvedaccess to AWS Bedrock, Claude, and Google Gemini.At Veneo, I shipped agent workflow building blocks focused on explainabilityand safer planning/procurement decisions.
