ABOUT TAYLOR MARTIN

I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of Confident Therapies, a Colorado-based, therapist-owned contracting company built to do school staffing differently. After completing my own CF, I saw firsthand how often clinicians are placed into school roles through large third-party agencies that prioritize volume over people. Confident Therapies was created as an alternative rooted in transparency, ethical contracts, and genuine support for clinicians.Since launching, I’ve built and scaled school-based partnerships across Colorado, working directly with districts to create flexible, sustainable staffing solutions while recruiting and supporting Speech-Language Pathologists, SLPAs, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, School Psychologists, Special Education Teachers, and other special service providers in school settings. My work sits at the intersection of clinical leadership, recruitment, and business development, with a strong focus on long-term relationships, clinician advocacy, and ethical growth. At my core, I believe clinicians deserve fair compensation, clear expectations, and autonomy in their careers — and that schools are best served when the professionals supporting students feel valued and supported.I’m always happy to connect with clinicians who want more autonomy, transparency, and fair compensation in school-based roles — whether that’s through CF opportunities, part-time contracts, or longer-term placements — and with districts seeking ethical, clinician-first staffing solutions.
