I recently graduated with my dual master’s in Business and Sport Administration at Ohio University and was a former student athlete at Indiana University with a degree in Sport Communication and minors in Telecommunications and Sport Marketing and Management. I have a strong passion for working with competitive people in the athletics atmosphere who continuously seek to better themselves, the people around them and preserving their organization\'s culture on a daily basis. Having the opportunity to play softball at a Division 1 collegiate level has ingrained a toughness, accountability, and competitiveness within me that will allow me to bring a winning mentality to an organization while focusing on building relationships with the people around me. I have been able to utilize my ability to lead teams but also learn how to inspire others and use effective communication to reach a shared purpose that will transfer to the work place.
