Today, I use those skills in a more meaningful way—coaching individuals to embrace growth, rediscover identity beyond work, and thrive during transitions.Whether partnering one-on-one with clients, or leading group workshops, I combine compassion, humor, and practical strategies to help people move from uncertainty to confidence.
