About Taylor Latchem
As a high schooler in eastern Ohio, I witnessed the importance of the Oil & Gas industry in rural communities and became fascinated with the industry. I knew this is where I wanted to be from then on, so I could make a difference in our world and in the community I call home. My career in the Oil & Gas industry has been predominantly spent in the Williston Basin of North Dakota, and the hands on field experience I have received through various roles has shaped me as an engineer. I have done several jobs here from roustabouting and puming, to project management and engineering. I am currently working towards an Executive MBA at the University of Oklahoma, and expect to be completed with this degree in March, 2022. This MBA will help me broaden my understanding of business decisions, how to weather economic times, and analyze mergers and acquisitions.
