About Taylor Kennedy

I am passionate about improving the work experience for people through strategic human resource programs. In 2022, I joined IBM as a Performance Management and Evaluation professional on the Global HR team after earning my Master\'s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at New York University. In my role, I was responsible for executing and improving our twice yearly performance evaluation process on an enterprise wide scale for IBMers. I had the opportunity and privilege to gather employee feedback through multiple communication strategies to implement changes and improvements as well as lead global training calls. Further, I was responsible for leading a squad to redevelop our people manager evaluation processes. My current role is in Talent Solutions supporting IBM Consulting leaders and practitioners, driving talent data insights and engagement strategies to impact the business outcomes of the organization while uplifting the important role of the Practice Leader. Outside of my day job, I am a trained Peer Coach and Supervisor, leading other IBMers through our peer coaching curriculum. I am also on the leadership team for Women at IBM NYC employee resource group, bringing engaging learning and networking sessions to the community.
