My primary objective is to infuse our design and development activities with user perspective and data as often as possible - to be the proxy to our users in all conversations and decisions. Day-to-day that means- Responsible for building out the UX research function by defining research processes and tech stack - Manage end-to-end research for 5 product teams, working on 2-4 projects at any given time - Collaborate with Director of Design, Director of Product, Co-CEO, and Product Designers by serving as the voice of our users - Vendor management and purchasing responsibilities for research tech stack - Contribute to our Center of Excellence by writing thought leadership pieces and participating in activities with the research community - Member of our Proud Pipers leadership team, an ERG for LGBTQIA+ employees and their allies
