ABOUT JAMIE TAYLOR
Jamie Taylor is a Vice President and Producer in EPIC’s Risk Management group, focused on complex Property & Casualty programs for high-growth, asset-intensive businesses. He advises private equity-backed and founder-led companies whose insurance structures have not scaled with their operations, helping redesign programs to better align risk financing with capital strategy. His work centers on non-transactional solutions - layered program structures, loss-sensitive and alternative risk mechanisms, and collateral-efficient designs that improve total cost of risk and balance sheet impact. In parallel with his client work, Jamie is actively involved in advancing EPIC’s analytics and technology capabilities. He helps drive the adoption and deployment of AI-enabled tools and modern data methodologies to enhance underwriting insight, benchmark performance, and support more predictive, financially aligned risk decisions. His focus is on embedding analytics into both client strategy and internal workflows to improve how risk is quantified, structured, and managed at scale.Prior to EPIC, Jamie spent three years at Deloitte Consulting advising finance organizations on ERP implementations and large-scale transformation initiatives, bringing a structured, CFO-oriented lens to risk and capital allocation.Jamie earned a Finance degree with Highest Honors from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business, where he was also a four-year letterwinner on the baseball team.
