About Taylor Holley
I have worked for Nordstrom since graduating college in various roles across the Designer Shoe, Handbag, and Ready to Wear divisions. I held several managerial positions before deciding to become a commissioned sales associate based out of the Men’s Designer Department. In 2021 (my first year as a sales associate) I sold $1,003,815. In 2023 I was promoted to the Personal Stylist Program as a result of exceeding metrics regarding sales results,% of repeat business, and % of cross sell outside of my home department.Strong customer relationships and repeat business attributed to my success. My current role at Nordstrom brings together two of my passions; customer service and styling head to toe. I am a Summa Cum Laude and Honors College graduate from The University of Alabama where I studied Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Spanish. Along with taking 16 hours of classes, I worked 20+ hours a week at a local restaurant as a shift manager. Despite balancing school and work I maintained a semester grade point average of 4.0 since Spring Semester of 2014.
