   My role is multi-faceted, working to create compelling marketing for our external audiences as well as improve internal communication for our employees. All of my efforts are aimed on meeting company goals and growing our business. In my marketing specific efforts, I create, execute, and evaluate all of the materials, messages, and community outreach for the various parts of our pharmacy, including Sona Pharmacy + Clinic, Sona Compounding, Sona Specialty, Sona Acces, and our PBM, Sona Benefits. As a member of the leadership team, I support internal communication through regular corporate communication, quarterly goal meetings, and day-to-day internal support for employees. Part of my role is to ensure all team members feel comfortable with the message we\'re marketing and have the tools they need to succeed. This in turn allows me to focus on improving internal communication and leadership team efficiencies through clear, consistent communication and organizational problem-solving. My goal is to grow all parts of Sona by effectively telling our story, delighting our customers, and connecting our community and team with the resources and excellent services that all parts of our business offer.
