At Fold, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and commercialization—translating real-world care delivery complexity into scalable go-to-market execution.I lead and support work across- Go-to-market strategy for fee-for-service, value-based and risk-bearing organizations (IPA/MSO/ACO and enterprise provider networks)- Pricing & packaging (monetization strategy, pricing models, segmentation, deal architecture)- Partnerships & channels (ecosystem strategy, co-sell, integration-led growth)- Executive demos & product storytelling that connect platform capabilities to operational reality- Segment-specific ROI strategy tied to measurable financial and clinical outcomes
