   I lead business development at One North, partnering with enterprise clients on complex experience challenges across digital, operational, and organizational environments.I work closely with client leaders across levels — from executives to delivery teams — to understand business context and priorities, then help shape the right approach across experience and product strategy, UX and design systems, brand, data and analytics, and technology delivery. I serve as a consistent point of partnership for clients, helping guide the relationship across engagements as priorities shift and new opportunities emerge. I’m accountable for driving commercial growth, leading opportunities from early signal through execution and expansion, and ensuring the work we pursue is thoughtful, feasible, and built for long-term impact.Internally, I work across account managers, delivery teams, and practice leaders to help shape opportunities, support execution, and maintain continuity as work evolves. A core part of my role is staying closely connected to what’s happening in the business and the market, so we’re bringing forward relevant ideas and strategies that support both client outcomes and sustainable growth.
