In my current role with The Morel Company, I work alongside the C-Suite to eliminate staff lifting injuries, improve nurse recruitment and retention, and give nurses back valuable time each shift so they can focus on what matters most: working at the top of their license and delivering exceptional patient care.With almost a decade of experience in medical device, including surgical robotics, I bring a proven track record of building trust-based relationships with hospital leadership to align innovative solutions with organizational goals. My approach is consultative and collaborative, grounded in listening deeply, understanding strategic priorities, and delivering measurable outcomes that improve both patient care and financial sustainability.Beyond my professional achievements, I am passionate about leadership, personal and professional development, and giving back to others.
