Take direct ownership for successful internal customer relationships and guide hiring across a number of OGC & Vertical Building business groups/districts, such as- Kiewit OGC Engineering (KOE)- Design & Project Engineering - Kiewit Energy U.S.(KEUS)- Project Management/Operations, Project Controls - Kiewit Offshore Services (KOS)- Offshore Construction - TIC Southern - Construction (Open Shop)- Cherne Contracting - Construction (Union)- Kiewit Building Group (KBG)- Vertical Building Construction - Execute the recruiting process end-to-end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and tools in place- Partner with executives, business leaders, and hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and the culture of the company- Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education - Build and maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process - Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position- Coordinate the offer approval process by facilitating the information flow to appropriate management. Negotiate with candidates against counter-offers- Work closely with HRBP\'s regarding annual recruitment forecasting, business planning, hiring trends, succession planning, and analytical hiring reports.
