About Taylor Caskey

A simple rule I’ve always followed in life is “do the extra rep.” Going into my freshman year at Virginia Tech, I decided to try and walk onto the D1 Women’s Lacrosse Team. I was told that it would be one of the hardest things that I’ve ever done but if I work hard, I could find success. So, that’s what I did. I started at the bottom of the depth chart but decided to put in the extra. Whether that meant practicing on my own at 10pm after study hall or doing 11 reps of pullups when our workout only called for 10. I figured if I just put in a little more than what was expected, it would pay off. Long story short, it did.I tell this story because work ethic is what I value more than anything. I’ve carried this into my professional life through years of experience in the media and sports industries where I have honed my abilities to write, edit, and produce digital content, as well as to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners. At the end of the day, my goal is to be the smiling face my clients remember and for them to know I’m always willing to go the extra mile for them.My passion is to use my creativity, knowledge, and leadership skills to make a positive impact in the technology world. I am always eager to learn new things, take on new challenges, and collaborate with others who share my vision and values.Huge foodie (with a passion for chocolate chip cookies) whether it\'s trying new restaurants, cooking, or baking. Sports are a huge part of my life. Grew up a major Washington Nationals fan, now a fan of all Virginia Tech sports. Will always be down for an experience!
