I am an experienced accounting professional that has worked in public accounting and industry for both public and private companies. I have my CPA and Masters of Accounting. I have experience in corporate accounting roles that include month-end close processes, reconciliations, audits, and various other tasks. I also have technical accounting experience that includes researching guidance, memos, writing and implementing new policies and other technical items. I have worked with guidance like acquisition accounting (ASC 805), revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), goodwill/intangibles valuation and impairment analysis (ASC 350), stock-based compensation (ASC 718), as well as various other standards. I enjoy developing and mentoring individuals.
