ABOUT TAYLOR BLANPIED
I have built a career around helping people move through moments of complexity and change, whether that means troubleshooting a high impact technical issue, guiding a customer through a new technology, supporting a team through operational shifts, or facilitating spaces where people feel safe enough to share what they usually keep hidden. My experience has taken different forms. In technology companies, I have supported enterprise customers through complex SaaS issues, investigated escalations, reproduced bugs, analyzed logs, worked across integrations and identity workflows, and partnered closely with Product and Engineering to drive resolution. I have also advocated internally for client outcomes, helped teams navigate ambiguity, and built documentation and processes that made support more consistent and effective. Outside of tech, I have facilitated group experiences ranging from leading 35 people through personal transformation in a sauna environment to co-guiding men’s retreats where participants explored topics they had never spoken about publicly.Along the way, I have developed a strong ability to assess situations quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and bring structure to problems that might otherwise feel overwhelming. I am known for clear communication, emotional intelligence, technical curiosity, and a steady presence that helps customers, teammates, and stakeholders feel supported while still moving toward resolution. I bring a wide range of experience, from technical support, incident response, and cross functional troubleshooting in SaaS environments to team leadership, onboarding, and facilitation in high trust settings. Across all of it, my focus has remained the same: helping people and teams feel confident, aligned, and equipped to move forward. I am now looking to bring this blend of technical troubleshooting, operational experience, and people centered leadership into my next role within a technology focused organization, where I can contribute to strong collaboration, thoughtful execution, and meaningful outcomes for both customers and internal teams.
