I am an Assistant State\'s Attorney currently assigned to the Civil Division. In this role, I represent the County of McLean in civil litigation (both initiating and defending lawsuits), I am the head FOIA officer for the County, I write and/or review contracts the County or County departments enter into, I provide legal advice to elected officials and department heads, and I am the parliamentarian for board meetings. I was also assigned to the DUI and Major Traffic (misdemeanor) courtroom in addition to my Civil Division duties each morning Monday-Thursday, September 2023-February 2024.
