Over the course of my career, I\'ve learned the mechanics of internal and external-facing teams - Sales, Client Services, Finance, AR, Deal Desk, Legal, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy. Through working on or with these teams, I understand how they all work together to contribute to the larger organization and the details of how they function. I love applying this knowledge to be a translator and advocate for all teams, identify worthwhile problems, and come up with creative solutions that scale. I\'m experienced in managing large-scale projects across teams and am a go-to resource for leadership. With a background in statistics and research, I also see the importance of data and understand how to leverage it to make strategic decisions. Is revenue being allocated and forecasted correctly? Where are the inefficiencies in our quote to cash processes? What are the legal terms that slow down our sales? How do product changes impact seller payout/commissions? How can we improve our gross margin? Is our CRM capturing accurate data? These are all questions I\'d be excited to explore. I approach work with a lighthearted spirit and believe teams that share their opinions freely but considerately perform best. I ask a lot of questions and will be the first to admit when I\'m wrong.
