About Taylor Woolf

I’m an architect based in Syracuse, and I put a lot of my energy into developing the next generation of designers and leaders. I run ongoing mentorship sessions that cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters in this profession: how to think ahead, manage projects, work smart, and build a career that has momentum. Helping people level up and find their stride is the part of the job I’m most proud of.On the project side, I bring a future focused lens to K-12 planning across New York. I work closely with districts to understand where their buildings stand today and what it will take to support the way teaching and learning are evolving. I like clear strategy, candid conversations, and design moves that make a real impact over time.At the end of the day, I’m driven by growth, collaboration, and doing work that leaves both teams and communities in a better place.
