As a Senior Product Manager in Microsoft’s Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) team, I focus on empowering customers to maximize value from Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel. I work at the intersection of customers and engineering—partnering with security teams to understand their top challenges, and collaborating with product and engineering groups to shape solutions that improve detection, response, and overall SecOps efficiency.With deep expertise in Security Operations (SecOps), I bring both breadth and depth in building security solutions that scale. I hold a U.S. patent in vulnerability scoring, applying my knowledge in machine learning and data science to drive more accurate detection, reduce noise, and streamline incident response.Throughout my career, I’ve partnered closely with engineering, UX, and C-level stakeholders to bridge technical requirements and business goals, ensuring alignment and adoption through thoughtful design and automation. My mission is to deliver security products that not only protect organizations but also empower security teams to work smarter, faster, and with greater confidence.Certified at PMC Level by the Pragmatic Institute, I bring both strategic and technical expertise to a rapidly evolving security landscape. Outside of cybersecurity, I’m also a recording artist, singer, and songwriter—channeling creativity into both my professional and artistic pursuits.
