ABOUT TAYLOR WILDENHAUS

Taylor Wildenhaus is an award-winning producer and currently works across development and films at Wavelength, shepherding projects at all stages of production. She also works alongside the branded content team at Wavelength Studios. Through her role, Taylor was a co-producer for RATHER (Tribeca 2023 documentary on Dan Rather), and for the three-time Tribeca winner THE CAVE OF ADULLAM (Best Documentary, Best Editing, Audience Choice), and an associate producer on in-house documentaries UNSCHOOLED, MAYBE THIS YEAR, LET ME BE ME, and THE FOURSOME. She also manages the annual program, WAVE Grant, which mentors five female and non-binary filmmakers of color to make their first short film with a seed grant.In addition to film production, Taylor has a background in producing for television with a wide range of credits including developing segments for National Geographic’s Explorer series and research producing for the Emmy-winning HBO series, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. She was also a Senior Segment Producer at Full Frontal With Samantha Bee for two seasons, receiving a 2019 GLAAD Media Award for her work on the segment “Trans Rights Under Attack.” Taylor has a BFA in film and television from NYU Tisch. As part of her undergraduate study, she also spent a semester honing 35mm filmmaking skills at FAMU in Prague.
