HCW represents a group of ISO and IATF-certified suppliers across North America who specialize in synchronized manufacturing disciplines. Our role as an agency is to understand customer needs and introduce those customers to our relevant suppliers if there is a fit. We have expertise in the following categories-Castings: sand, permanent mold, die cast and thixomolding-Sheet metal fabrication and assembly-PCBA fabrication / contract manufacturing / EMS-Wire harness assemblies-CNC machining (milling and turning)-Complex coating and contract mechanical assemblyOur team at HCW is involved with the initial introduction between customer and supplier. We engage with new companies, facilitate RFQs and identify potential opportunities / projects that align with our supplier capabilities. Quotes, purchase orders, and production of parts are all directly fulfilled by our suppliers & we stay engaged with these ongoing efforts in whatever capacity is necessary. At the end of the day, what we\'re really working towards is a healthy long term relationship between customer and supplier.
