   Own the Production System Design methodology to execute multiple project sizes and complexities with budgets ranging from $500K to $5 million to launch with zero accidents, within budget, and on schedule*Authored the Sierra Space Global lean methodology that includes lean 101, lean leadership, 6S, Lean daily management, visual factory, etc. pulling from six sigma, waste and loss techniques, and lean tools.*Facilitated multiple sessions in person groups between 20-60 employees entry level to senior leadership*As lead IE, Planned, designed, executed the 800 Hoyt solar production facility with a capacity of 2 solar wings per day reducing production time by 20% and increasing output.
