As the Production Manager for The Aspen Institute, I support a wide range of internal events at the DC Office and beyond. Acting as the primary liaison to various programs, I oversee the end-to-end production process—from pre-production planning to live event execution. • Coordinate with Aspen Institute programs to design and execute seamless events • Lead pre-production efforts, managing schedules, budgets, and vendor relations • Fill key event roles onsite, including show caller, stage manager, and remote talent coordinator • Ensure smooth operations by creating essential production documents like cue sheets and call sheets • Support broader Architex production initiatives, including external events and national/international projects
