Advise senior leaders on difficult people and business challenges in Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) organizations, including strategy, organization design, mergers & acquisitions, governance/decision rights, current state assessments, workforce transition efforts, large business transformation, interaction modeling, network analysis, skills/competency analysis & design, change management, organizational communications, and human resources challenges- Deliver complex, strategic transformation engagements focused on solving people and technology related challenges (e.g, Portfolio and Project Management capability standup, cybersecurity transformation) working closely with senior leaders (e.g, CEO, CISO, CIO) across multiple geographies- Manage program, project, and RFP response/proposal teams (up to 10 total people at one time) focusing on delivering Human Capital and Organization Transformation in Automotive, Transportation, Hospitality Services, Retail & Consumer Products, Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, and Big Technology companies- Lead multiple teams with up to 7 people to develop market-facing sales and marketing materials including conference presentations and white papers for cyber, artificial intelligence, and GenAI- Support firm-wide strategy and planning in partnership with senior leaders to enhance delivery offerings from international delivery centers
