   Product and supply chain management of all goods from concept through to in store arrival*Work closely with design team to understand concepts and communicate them clearly to our global partners for development and production.*Liaise with multiple partners and vendors daily to order, prepare, develop, and execute various products at the same time in line with our multi season critical path calendars.* Develop timelines and critical path calendars for the internal international teams and global partners to see through to on time development and delivery of all goods.*Conduct fit meeting with technician to perfect various fit comments, update patterns, lasts, and moulds and adjust all items to coincide with the desired design direction and give our customers the best comfort and fit.*Creating and maintaining great working relationships as the main point of contact with our global partners and managing our footwear development and production.*Constantly using my technical knowledge of footwear, pattern making,expertise in synthetic and natural materials, trend forecasting, development, production, and design skills to execute the ever evolving design direction.*Manage the design/ development/ production assistants on a daily basis as they complete various tasks and projects.*Negotiate with multiple vendors and partners on pricing for materials and finished goods. Maintaining a seasonal budget and manage all contractual agreements with various global partners.*Create and update official BOMs for all styles, send all POs, process all payments, and update various computer systems and documents for multi team reference and use.*Maintain the critical bulk timelines and x-fty dates with our global partners, find and arrange all production details from packaging to freight forwarders, work with our logistics team to ship and move finished goods to their proper destinations, intervene for any trouble shooting during the process.
