   I work as an energy efficiency consultant alongside utility providers and grassroot organizations to offer home energy retrofits and overall healthier homes to under-served and under-resourced communities. In this role so far, I doubled my partner accounts, launched 2 new outreach projects, and doubled my outreach efforts in the first 5 months. I also trained 17 partner staff on our comprehensive program requirements and home energy assessments, regularly met with partner staff to consult on how to strategically build their programs, and provided constant support to all my partner accounts.
