Serve as 3rd Eye website administrator at GMS, which includes requisitioning video on demand, signing up and training users how to access the 3rd Eye portal to manage fleet safety, maintain fleet health by running health reports and fixing any trucks with downed cameras or operating systems. • Designed and integrated safety and risk inspection software program (Field ID/E-Compliance) for employees in the field to access all documentation electronically. Act as administrator for the mobile application with more than field users. • Supervise and administer the drug and alcohol testing program for new hires, randoms, reasonable suspicion, DOT & non-DOT, and post-accident for all employees. • Worked directly with risk managers and insurance underwriters to negotiate annual insurance policies to ensure proper umbrella coverage and premiums based off of risk exposure history. • Reported, investigated, and maintained all workers compensation, general liability, and auto claims. • Developed all online safety training programs videos, including writing scripts, directing videos, and recording audio in English and Spanish. Videos include: o Class VI and VII forklift training, ABL Training, New Hire Orientation, Fall Protection Training, and GHS Hazard Communication training. • Completed internal health and safety audits that monitor all areas of exposure including injury exposure, financial liability, reputational loss, regulatory deficiencies.
