After educating the customer and filling out an application, I set the appropriate expectations for the applicant regarding what the timeline will be and the paperwork we will need from them in order to get their hassle-free, no obligation loan proposal. As a sales rep for BHG, I work directly with Account Managers, Credit and the Senior Finance Manager in order to ensure the client’s needs are met and up to BHG’s standards of professionalism and ease.
