As part of the U.S. Department of State\'s Asset Management team, it is a privelage and an honor to conduct international real estate transaction management on behalf of the U.S. Government, including acquisitions, disposals, long-term leases, and redevelopment of overseas diplomatic facilities and housing. My day-to-day includes managing large interdisciplinary internal and external teams to coordinate and execute all technical, legal, and financial due diligence from conception through closing. In just over five years in this role, I have been fortunate to lead and execute closings on over 50 properties, including Chief-of-Mission/Ambassador acquisitions, Embassy/Consulate disposals, and bulk staff housing purchases and disposals for U.S. Embassy/Consulate Officers. The Department has recognized my service in the form of 14 awards over my ten year career, including the 2024 Professional Employee of the Year Award.
