I joined the Grain Craft in April of 2022 focusing on procuring hard white spring, hard red spring, hard red winter and soft white wheat for the Blackfoot, ID flour mill. Due to Grain Craft\'s investment in a new elevator, we opened up the Blackfoot mill to the market and began originating through commercials and local producers.In addition to the Blackfoot mill, in March of 2023 I assumed responsibility for buying and trading wheat surrounding Grain Craft\'s Ogden flour mill. In October 2023 I also took over originations and trading for Grain Craft\'s Great Falls, MT and Billings, MT mills.
