About Taylor Ridiner

As the Director of Quality for the East, I oversee the quality assurance and control of concrete products and services across multiple plants and markets throughout the East coast. I have a Bachelor of Science in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University, and I hold multiple certifications from the National Precast Concrete Association, American Concrete Pipe Association, American Concrete Institute, and Tennessee Department of Transportation. I have more than a decade of experience in the industry, working as a Transportation Manager, Purchasing Manager, and the Regional Quality Manager before becoming the East Director of Quality for Oldcastle. I have developed and implemented effective quality systems and processes, improved customer satisfaction and retention, and reduced costs and waste. I have also managed and trained a team of quality technicians, coordinators, and inspectors. I have strong skills in construction, concrete, sales, communication, and problem-solving. I am very passionate about delivering high-quality concrete products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I am committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in the concrete industry.
