I am a marketing enthusiast keen on instilling creativity in the financial services industry who has found success through my organizational skills, out of the box thinking, and unwavering positive mentality. I believe failures pave the way for success, adaptability and change facilitate growth, and each day brings with it the opportunity to learn something new, so embrace it! My dedication for learning and growth enhances my commitment to producing great work and seeking mentorships while bolstering relationships in the workplace. I have worn many hats at TIAA that have allowed me to establish myself as a well rounded individual in Marketing. Project managing, copy writing, designing, data analysis, and strategizing are a few of the many technical skills I practice daily. I leverage various soft skills regularly as well such as leadership, collaboration, flexibility, organization, and public speaking. From this ongoing experience I have discovered a passion for financial services specifically in contents pertaining to ESG, D&I and financial wellness. Outside of being a marketing guru, I possess a multitude of hobbies and interests. I\'m an avid reader, who struggles to put a good book down. I value health and fitness in any capacity and love spending time outdoors. Last, but certainly not least, I am a proud Tarheel alum with a degree in Advertising & Public Relations from the Hussman School of Media and Journalism, as well as a degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Relations through the Communications school with a minor in Cultural Anthropology.
