I focus on building and maintaining relationships with individual donors, ensuring high engagement and achieving annual revenue goals.Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Donor Cultivation & Stewardship: Build and nurture strong relationships with individual donors, creating personalized engagement strategies that inspire giving and demonstrate impact. Manage tailored donor communications and recognition efforts to ensure a positive donor experience. • Fundraising Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement an annual giving strategy to meet or exceed fundraising targets. Oversee annual campaigns, online fundraising, and giving days. Engage major donors ($25k+), and collaborate with senior leadership to refine donor engagement strategies. • Donor Data & Reporting: Use Salesforce to manage donor records, track interactions, and monitor fundraising progress. Provide data-driven reports to identify growth opportunities and improve retention. • Collaboration & Leadership: Work with program staff to gather impactful stories and data, ensuring messaging aligns with our mission.
