I am passionate about operational efficiency and guest experience in hospitality. With 7 years of operational experience in the hotel space, focused on rooms management, I have supported five hotel openings in the last 4 years. Throughout my career, I have built and managed teams that have successfully achieved the #1 spot on Trip Advisors hotels in DC, completed massive renovations and exceeded profit goals. Most recently transitioned to the start-up space with Placemakr, leading their Pop-Up hotel division. We transition new apartment units into fully furnished hotel rooms and sell them as such for 1-2 years, when the building begins to lease up we phase out and return the units back to the developer to be leased. In this regional role, I have developed, managed, and coached top-performing team leaders.
