Hi there,I’m a UCLA graduate I majored in psychology and minored in film and I’ve been in the administrative industry for a year now, where I’ve worked as a Production Assistant for Bungalow Entertainment and NBCUniversal. At Bungalow, I worked on a documentary for a Rock-and-Roll hotel in Los Angeles. I had to manage tight-schedules while also dealing with the high-profile talent\'s last-minute demands. It was a tough yet rewarding aspect of the job, because i really had to be focused on the things I was multitasking while still remaining calm and adaptable to any changes.At NBCUniversal, I had to coordinate with a much larger team, as this was for a big reality show, and Since there was more moving parts to this production it was important for me to stay organized and keep clear communication throughout the various departments. I’ve always been a person who is highly motivated and thrives in environments where I can sort of stretch beyond what I am capable of, ande these experiences have put me in a place where I am eager for my next challenge. I’m excited to move into the Recruiting space because I know the skills I have developed as a production assistant apply to being a recruiting coordinator. Ultimately, I am just passionate about making a tangible impact in my work, and being able to help contribute to a bigger picture.
