I love the balance of technical precision and teamwork that this role brings—whether it’s preparing anesthesia machines, managing airway equipment, or assisting anesthesiologists during critical moments.Working in a high-pressure environment has taught me not only strong technical skills, but the importance of empathy, communication, and attention to detail when patient care is on the line.
