Manage over 65 projects on a global scale. Assist clients with successfully submitting NDA, ODD, BLA, and IND applications to the FDA and EMA- Manage projects from initiation through closeout within approved budgets and timelines- Identify any changes in scope of work and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion of change orders- Support project status updates; maintain project tracking tools; and compile data for project status reports- Responsible for overseeing production while ensuring the quality and timeliness of project deliverables are met- Responsible for the timely identification of project risks; develop and implement the mitigations for these risks- Ensure projects are \"audit ready\" at all times-Work with Marketing to develop a robust newsletter for current and prospective clients.
