Over the past 8 years at Lennar, I have had the opportunity to start an incredible career in the Home Building industry. I began as an Assistant Construction manager, where i honed my skills and gained valuable field experience. This led to an opportunity and promotion to a land development manager, where I learned about the infrastructure of communities and developing in-fill communities. Eventually this led to a role as a Land Purchasing Manager. In my current position, I have responsibility for managing community budgets, awarding land development contracts for my communities, and projecting land development costs for potential future land deals. My role involves daily collaboration and teamwork with a diverse group of professionals including engineers, consultants, project managers, trade partners, and land managers. This teamwork is crucial to achieving our business plan and ensuring project success.Throughout my career at Lennar Homes, I\'ve consistently demonstrated strong a entrepreneurial spirit, leadership qualities, and solution finding determination. These attributes have opened doors and created the opportunities for growth and success.
