As Marketing Programs Manager I am responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and opportunities for Sophos award-winning next-gen cybersecurity solutions through a variety of regional marketing initiatives, strategic marketing plans, events, webcasts, and communications. This includes: • Collaborating with marketing leadership and sales to establish go-to-market strategies and determine the most effective programs to meet revenue goals • Analyzing customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful campaigns • Working closely with content marketing, product marketing, and product teams to design topics for webinars and email campaigns, including content writing and communications • Owning tactical execution of marketing programs including webinars, event-based lead generation, sponsorships, content marketing, and more • Aligning with sales and providing regular updates on marketing plans, results, and ROI • Working closely with the Americas channel marketing team on strategic direction and provide cross-functional alignment • Lead management and marketing campaign tracking to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing programs
