I’ve managed Legislative and Executive Brach strategy, agency engagement, competitive and sole-source procurements, lobbyist management, and cross-sector partnerships with nonprofits, health systems, and private industry. I’m comfortable navigating appropriations processes, contract lifecycles, regulatory frameworks, and the political dynamics that shape them.I’ve built a career at the intersection of government, tech, and healthcare.
